Refund policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Gift cards

Returns and exchange details
If something is incorrect with the order, let me know asap and I'll fix it.
Your order is personally handmade for you with the highest attention to detail, craftsmanship and design and I want it to be a good experience and love for you to be happy with your purchase so if there is a problem please be in touch!

I will refund as soon as the item is back in my shop.
For any item that is returned, the shipping charges are your responsibility.
Any returns would need to retain all packaging, unused and be in perfect order. Registered shipping would need to be organised and paid for by the customer.
Any refund would exclude shipping and merchant fees and needs to be sent via registered mail.
Upon return, the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge and merchant fees). Customised items are not eligible for return or refund.
I do not refund due to change of mind, please ensure that you read item descriptions before purchase.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@prostoconcept.com and send your item to: Craftopic OU, Räägu 9-20, 10620 Tallinn, Estonia.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Craftopic OU, Räägu 9-20, 10620 Tallinn, Estonia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
